House Rules: If any of the following rules are broken, it's cause for immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. -No smoking or vaping inside the house -No street parking. Park all vehicles in the garage and/or private driveway. There is room for a maximum of 3 vehicles. -No daytime or overnight visitors permitted unless the host has given prior written consent. Only registered guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property (indoors and outside). -Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. -Trash collection is Tuesday morning, please roll the cans to the end of the driveway Monday evening if your stay includes those days.
